Advanced Building Blocks Examples

Advanced building blocks include Conveyors, Simul8 Process Objects, and Transport Objects.

Conveyors can be used as a way of transporting Work Items around the simulated system, and can be used in ways similar to Activities while also possessing certain features of Queues.

Simul8 Process objects include Tanks, Pipes, and Process which are designed taking into consideration the logic of System Dynamics modeling. These can be very useful when building simulations in industries such as food manufacturing and packing, and other very-high-volume manufacturing environments.

Transport objects have features designed to simulate material handling scenarios, and include Paths, Loaders, and Vehicles.
