The sandbox is an isolated environment where you can create or edit data fields and design templates to standardize project work. You can also create public reports in the sandbox dashboard and test your changes using sandbox projects.

When you create the sandbox, Engage makes a copy of the live site. This can take a few minutes, depending on how many data fields, templates, dashboard reports, and projects are in the subscription. To save time, you can uncheck Copy Projects. However, when you do not copy projects to the sandbox, you will not be able to test any changes that impact projects.

After you create the sandbox, use it to make the following sitewide changes to your subscription without affecting your users.
From the sandbox, you can make, review, and test your changes before you publish them to the live site.
