Store statistics for Partial Least Squares Regression

Stat > Regression > Partial Least Squares > Storage

You can save statistics from your analysis to the worksheet so that you can use them in other analyses, graphs, and macros. Minitab stores the selected statistics after the last column of data. The names of the storage columns end with a number that increases as you store the same statistic multiple times.

For more details on any of these statistics, go to All statistics and graphs.

Coefficients
Minitab stores these values, one column for each response, in the columns Coef1, Coef2, and so on.
Standardized coefficients
Minitab stores these values, one column for each response, in the columns SCoef1, SCoef2, and so on.
Fits
Minitab stores the fitted values, one column for each response, in the columns Fit1, Fit2, and so on.
Cross-validated fits
Minitab stores the fitted values, one column for each response, in the columns CVFit1, CVFit2, and so on.
Residuals
Minitab stores these values, one column for each response, in the columns Resid1, Resid2, and so on.
Cross-validated residuals
Minitab stores these values, one column for each response, in the columns PResid1, PResid2, and so on.
Standardized residuals
Minitab stores these values, one column for each response, in the columns SResid1, SResid2, and so on.
Leverages
Minitab stores these values in the column Leverage1.
Distances from X
Minitab stores these values in the column XDist1.
Distances from Y
Minitab stores these values in the column YDist1.
X scores
Minitab stores these values in the matrix XScore1. To view the matrix, choose Data > Display Data. To copy the matrix to the worksheet, choose Data > Copy > Matrix to Columns.
X loadings
Minitab stores these values in the matrix XLoad1. To view the matrix, choose Data > Display Data. To copy the matrix to the worksheet, choose Data > Copy > Matrix to Columns.
X weights
Minitab stores these values in the matrix XWeight1. To view the matrix, choose Data > Display Data. To copy the matrix to the worksheet, choose Data > Copy > Matrix to Columns.
X residuals
Minitab stores these values in the matrix XResid1. To view the matrix, choose Data > Display Data. To copy the matrix to the worksheet, choose Data > Copy > Matrix to Columns.
X calculated
Minitab stores these values in the matrix XCalc1. To view the matrix, choose Data > Display Data. To copy the matrix to the worksheet, choose Data > Copy > Matrix to Columns.
Y scores
Minitab stores these values in the matrix YScore1. To view the matrix, choose Data > Display Data. To copy the matrix to the worksheet, choose Data > Copy > Matrix to Columns.
Y loadings
Minitab stores these values in the matrix YLoad1. To view the matrix, choose Data > Display Data. To copy the matrix to the worksheet, choose Data > Copy > Matrix to Columns.
Y residuals
Minitab stores these values, one column for each response, in the columns YResid1, YResid2, and so on. The y-residuals are the same as the residuals for the model.
Y calculated
Minitab stores these values, one column for each response, in the columns YCalc1, YCalc2, and so on. The y- calculated values are the same as the fitted values for the model.
