File > Options > Linear Models > Optimization Plots > Function Line, Symbol
Specify default settings for the type and size of lines, the type and size of symbols, and the color for both lines and symbols on optimization plots. The changes you make to the defaults remain until you change them again, even after you exit Minitab.
