Specify the results to display for Stability Study

Stat > Regression > Stability Study > Stability Study > Results

The results you can display depend on whether you have a batch factor, and whether the batch factor is fixed or random.

No batch factor

If your model does not include a batch factor, you can display the following results.
Display of results
  • Simple tables: Display the simpler version of all tables.
  • Expanded tables: Display the expanded versions of the ANOVA, the Coefficients, the Model summary, and the Fits and Diagnostics tables.
Method
Display a table that includes information about missing data and about the Box-Cox transformation if you perform one.
Analysis of variance
Display the ANOVA table that includes the sums of squares by source and the p-values.
Model summary
Display statistics that evaluate the model fit, including R2.
Coefficients
Display the coefficients, the effects, and the p-values.
Regression equation
Display the regression equation.
Fits and diagnostics
  • Only for unusual observations: Display the fits, the residuals, and the diagnostic statistics for only the unusual observations.
  • For all observations: Display the fits, the residuals, and the diagnostic statistics for all observations.
Shelf life
Display the final estimate for the shelf life of the product.

Fixed batch factor

If your model includes a batch factor that is fixed, you can display the following results.

Factor information
Display the factor information, which includes the name of the batch factor, the type of batch factor, and the number of batches.
Model selection
Display the model selection results, including the terms that are removed from the final model.

Random batch factor

If your model includes a batch factor that is random, you can display the following results.

Factor information
Display the factor information, which includes the name of the batch factor, the type of batch factor, and the number of batches.
Model selection
Display the model selection results, including the terms that are removed from the final model.
Iteration history
Display the –2 × log-likelihood for each iteration of the analysis using the selected model.
Variance components
Display the estimates of the variance components for the final model.
Covariance matrix of variance component estimates
Display the variance-covariance matrix of the variance component estimates.
Model summary
Display statistics that evaluate the model fit, including R2.
Coefficients
Display the coefficients, the effects, and the p-values.
Random effect prediction
Display statistics for the random terms in the final model, including the best linear unbiased prediction (BLUP) for each level, if it can be predicted.
Marginal fitted equation
