Specify display design options for Display Design

Stat > DOE > Display Design

Select how to display design points in the worksheet and whether to use coded units or uncoded units.

Minitab displays the design in coded units or uncoded units.
  • Coded units: Coded units are convenient values for comparing factors. If you did not assign factor levels, Minitab uses the default coded units of 1, 2, 3, and so on.
  • Uncoded units: Uncoded units are actual factor values. If you assign levels in the Factors sub-dialog box when you create a Taguchi design, Minitab displays them in the worksheet.
