Enter your data for Pairwise Slopes

Stat > Nonparametrics > Pairwise Slopes
Complete the following steps to specify which column of data to analyze.
  1. In Y variable, enter a numeric column of data. The Y variable is the response variable. Y variables are plotted on the vertical axis (also called y-axis).
  2. In X variable, enter a numeric column of data. The X variable is the predictor variable. X variables are plotted on the horizontal axis (also called x-axis).
  3. In Store slopes in, enter a column to store the slopes in.
Minitab defines the points by the pair of values in each row. In this worksheet, the Y and X columns produce the points (1, 1), and (4, 7). Minitab calculates the pairwise slope between the two points.
