In the Minitab desktop app, you can print the following items when they have focus:
worksheets, selected output, and history.
Print a Minitab worksheet
Complete the following steps to print the active worksheet.
- With the worksheet active, choose .
- Select the items to print.
- Specify the alignment for row and column labels.
- (Optional) In Title, type a title, which will appear at the top of the printed worksheet.
- Click OK.
- Specify the print options, then click OK.

Print tables and graphs in the output pane
Complete the following steps to print tables and graphs that appear in the output pane.
- In the output pane, select the table or graph that you want to print.
- Click the menu button and choose Print.
- Specify the print options, then click OK.
Print the Minitab project history
Complete the following steps to print the contents of the History pane.
- Click in the History pane to make it active
- Right-click and choose Print History.
- Specify the print options, then click OK.
