Define a constant matrix

Calc > Matrices > Define Constant

Complete the following steps to define a matrix that has the same constant in every matrix cell.

  1. In Value, enter the number to put in each matrix cell.
  2. In Number of rows, enter the number to define the width of the matrix.
  3. In Number of columns, enter the number to define the length of the matrix.
  4. In Store result in, enter a number (for example, M1) or a name for the constant matrix. If the name contains spaces, enclose the name in single quotation marks.

The following is an example of a 3 x 3 constant matrix.
