Operations Exceptions
Operations exception indicators display on the Operations Dashboard and the Station dashboards when the latest plotted point fails one or more out-of-control tests or is outside the specification limits.
- Out-of-control measures
Displays indicators when the latest plotted point fails one or more out-of-control tests.
- Out-of-specification measures
Displays indicators when the latest plotted point is outside the specification limits.
Out-of-Spec Prompt Display Time
During manual data collection, you can notify operators when they enter a value that is outside the specification limits. Operators can then add assignable causes and notes.
- Display out-of-specification prompt
- Show a prompt to operators when a collected measurement is outside the
specification limits.
- Prompt Timer
- Specify how long the prompt remains visible. You can keep the prompt visible until the operator closes it, or close it automatically after a specified number of seconds.
Note
Uncheck Display out-of-specification prompt if you do not want to show the visual prompt.
