Event plot
Display a plot of events (failures and retirements) for all systems.
Display number of failures on event plot
Display the frequency of failures on the event plot.
Mean cumulative function (MCF) and Nelson-Aalen plot
Display a plot that shows the mean cumulative function over time. The plot shows the mean cumulative function based on the distribution model (MCF plot) and the empirical mean cumulative function (Nelson-Aalen plot), which is not based on a distribution model.
Display confidence intervals on MCF plot
Display confidence intervals on the MCF plot. By default, Minitab plots a 95% confidence interval. You can change the confidence level in the Estimate subdialog box.
Duane plot
Display a scatterplot of the cumulative rate of failure versus time, to evaluate the process model and to assess trends.
Total time on test (TTT) plot
Display a plot to assess the goodness-of-fit for your model.
Display (except event plot)
an average plot over all systems: Create plots that are averaged over (or pooled across) all systems. This option does not apply to the event plot.
one plot per system: Create separate plots for each system. This option does not apply to the event plot.
Show different variables/by levels or systems
Specify how you want to display multiple graphs for different variables, by levels, or systems. You can overlay the different graphs on one graph, or you can display each graph separately.
X axis display (except TTT plot)
Minimum X scale
Enter a value to use for the minimum of the x-axis scale. If you do not enter a value, Minitab automatically determines the minimum value of the x-axis scale on the graphs.
Maximum X scale
Enter a value to use for the maximum of the x-axis scale. If you do not enter a value, Minitab automatically determines the maximum value of the x-axis scale on the graphs.
X axis label
You can enter a custom X axis label for the graphs.
