Select the results to display.
Method
Display a table that summarizes information about the estimation method,
missing rows, frequency columns, and failure mode columns.
Iteration history
Display the log-likelihood at each iteration of the parameter estimation
process. The log-likelihood is the expression that is maximized to find
optimal values of the estimates. Log-likelihood values cannot be used alone
as an index of fit because they are a function of sample size, but they can
be used to compare two models with the same number of parameters.
Censoring information
Display a table that summarizes information about the censoring value and
the number of censored observations.
Pre-processed warranty data information
Display a table that summarizes the columns of warranty data.
Parameter estimates
Displays parameter estimates for the distribution of each sample. If the
estimation method from Distribution Fitting is Maximum Likelihood, then the table also
includes standard errors and confidence intervals.
Goodness-of-fit
Displays goodness-of-fit statistics that depend on the estimation method.
When the method from Distribution Fitting is Maximum Likelihood, the results is the
Anderson-Darling statistic. When the method is Least squares (failure time (X) on rank (Y)), then the result includes the Anderson-Darling statistic and a
correlation coefficient.
Characteristics of distribution
For right-censored or uncensored data, display a table that summarizes point
estimates, standard errors, quartiles, and other characteristics of the
sample.
Table of percentiles
Displays percentiles for the distribution. When the method from Distribution Fitting is Maximum Likelihood, the table includes standard
errors and confidence intervals for the percentiles.
Table of survival probabilities or
When the specifications from Percentiles/Probabilities include times for survival probabilities, displays a table of survival
probabilities.
Table of cumulative failure probabilities
When the specifications from Percentiles/Probabilities include times for cumulative failure probabilities, displays a table of
cumulative failure probabilities.
Tests
When tests are active from Tests, displays tables with the test results.
Display analysis results for individual failure modes
Display the results that you selected above for each failure mode in the
analysis.
