Planning distribution for Estimation Test Plan

Minitab displays information about the distribution it uses to calculate sample size. This information consists of the parameter estimates you provide or those calculated using the planning values for the percentiles:

• Weibull distribution: Minitab displays the scale and shape parameters.
• Exponential distribution: Minitab displays the scale parameter.
• Other distributions: Minitab displays the location and scale parameters.
