Stat > ANOVA > General Linear Model > Fit General Linear Model > Results
Display of results
Simple tables: Display the simpler version of all tables.
Expanded tables: Display the expanded versions of the ANOVA, the Coefficients, the Model summary, and the Fits and Diagnostics tables.
Method
Display a table that summarizes the non-default settings.
Factor information
Display a summary of the factor names, the number of levels, and the level values.
Analysis of variance
Display the ANOVA table that includes the sums of squares by source and the p-values.
Model summary
Display statistics that evaluate the model fit, including R2. For models without random terms, the expanded table includes the Predicted Error Sum of Squares (PRESS), the corrected Akaike's Information Criterion (AICc) and the Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC). To view AICc and BIC for models with random terms, use Stat > ANOVA > Mixed Effects Model > Fit
Mixed Effects Model.
Coefficients
Display the coefficients, the effects, and the p-values. The drop-down list allows you to control how many coefficients for factors are in the table
Default coefficients: Display all the linearly independent coefficients of the factors.
Full set of coefficients: Display the coefficients for all levels of the factors, which includes the final, linearly dependent, level.
Regression equation
Display the regression equation. The drop-down list allows you to control how many equations are displayed.
Separate equation for each set of factor levels: Display a separate equation for each combination of factor levels.
Single equation: Display one equation that includes all levels of all factors.
Fits and diagnostics
Only for unusual observations: Display the fits, the residuals, and the diagnostic statistics for only the unusual observations.
For all observations: Display the fits, the residuals, and the diagnostic statistics for all observations.
Expected mean squares and error terms for tests
If you have random factors, you can display the error terms that are used in each F-test. For more information on expected mean squares, go to Understanding mean squares.
Variance components
If you have random factors, you can display the variance components estimates.
Means
Display the least squares means (also called fitted means) that you specified in the Options dialog box.
