You can save statistics from your analysis to the worksheet so that you can use them in
other analyses, graphs, and macros. Minitab stores the selected statistics after the
last column of data. If you store the same statistic multiple times in the same
worksheet, the analysis adds an underscore and a number to the column title. The number
begins at 1 and increases each time you store the statistic.
For more details on any of these statistics, go to All statistics and graphs.
- Variance components
- Stores the variance components in the column
Variance.
- Percent contributions
- Stores the percent of the total variation for the variance components in the
column PTotal.
- Standard deviations
- Stores the standard deviation for the variance components in the column

Each variance component is in a different row of the storage column. The components are
in the following rows, which is the same order as the Variance Components table in the
results:
- Row 1
- Test-retest error (Repeatability)
- Row 2
- Operator (Reproducibility)
- Row 3
- Part (Product variation)
- Row 4
