Pareto Chart for Visualize Perfect Order Delivery Rate

Use Pareto Chart to visualize the common problems that hinder perfect order delivery rate.

Example

Perfect order delivery rate is the proportion of orders that are error-free from beginning to end.

In this worksheet, Problem contains the reasons for an order error. Product is the optional grouping variable. You can also use a frequency column.

How-to

Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then select Launch.
Under Quality, select Perfect order delivery rate.
Select Visualize perfect order delivery rate, then click OK.
Select Pareto Chart, then click OK.
In Defects or attribute data in, enter the column that contains the reasons for the order errors.
(Optional) In Frequencies in, enter the column that contains the counts of the summary data.
(Optional) In BY variable in, enter the column that contains the group identifiers.
Click OK.
