Use Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values to compare reasons for imperfect order delivery rate across two or more categories.

Example

Perfect order delivery rate is the proportion of orders that are error-free from beginning to end.

In this worksheet, Problem, Carrier, and Region are the categorical variables to plot.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Quality, select Perfect order delivery rate.
  3. Select Visualize perfect order delivery rate, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values, then click OK.
  5. In Categorical variables (2-4, outermost first), enter the column that contains the reasons for order errors and one to three additional columns of categorical data. The first variable is the outermost on the scale and the last variable is the innermost.
  6. Click OK.
