Pareto Chart for Visualize Freight Bill Accuracy

Use Pareto Chart to visualize the common problems that hinder freight bill accuracy.

Example

A freight bill, or freight invoice, includes the shipping details and fees for shipments. Freight bill accuracy is the proportion of accurate freight bills.

In this worksheet, Problem contains the reasons for freight bill errors. Carrier is the optional grouping variable. You can also use a frequency column.

How-to

Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then select Launch.
Under Quality, select Freight bill accuracy.
Select Visualize freight bill accuracy, then click OK.
Select Pareto Chart, then click OK.
In Defects or attribute data in, enter the column that contains the reasons for the freight bill errors.
(Optional) In Frequencies in, enter the column that contains the counts of the summary data.
(Optional) In BY variable in, enter the column that contains the group identifiers.
Click OK.
