Use Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values to compare reasons for freight bill errors across two or more categories.

Example

A freight bill, or freight invoice, includes the shipping details and fees for shipments. Freight bill accuracy is the proportion of accurate freight bills.

In this worksheet, Problem, Carrier, and Freight Class are the categorical variables to plot.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Quality, select Freight bill accuracy.
  3. Select Visualize freight bill accuracy, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values, then click OK.
  5. In Categorical variables (2-4, outermost first), enter the column that contains the reasons for freight bill errors and one to three additional columns of categorical data. The first variable is the outermost on the scale and the last variable is the innermost.
  6. Click OK.
