Use Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values to compare reasons for damaged deliveries across two or more categories.

Example

Damage-free delivery is the proportion of orders that are delivered without damage.

In this worksheet, Problem, Fill, and Tape are the categorical variables to plot.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Quality, select Damage-free delivery.
  3. Select Visualize damage-free delivery, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values, then click OK.
  5. In Categorical variables (2-4, outermost first), enter the column that contains the reasons for shipping damage and one to three additional columns of categorical data. The first variable is the outermost on the scale and the last variable is the innermost.
  6. Click OK.
