Pareto Chart for Visualize Supplier On-time Delivery

Use Pareto Chart to visualize the common reasons for late deliveries from suppliers.

Example

Supplier on-time delivery is the proportion of orders that your suppliers deliver on time. To calculate supplier on-time delivery rate, divide the total number of on-time orders from suppliers by the total number of orders from suppliers.

In this worksheet, Problem contains the reasons for a late delivery. Incentive Plan is the optional grouping variable. You can also use a frequency column.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Delivery, select Supplier on-time delivery.
  3. Select Visualize supplier on-time delivery, then click OK.
  4. Select Pareto Chart, then click OK.
  5. In Defects or attribute data in, enter the column that contains the reasons for the late delivery.
  6. (Optional) In Frequencies in, enter the column that contains the counts of the summary data.
  7. (Optional) In BY variable in, enter the column that contains the group identifiers.
  8. Click OK.
