Use Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values to compare reasons for late deliveries from suppliers across two or more categories.

Example

Supplier on-time delivery is the proportion of orders that your suppliers deliver on time. To calculate supplier on-time delivery rate, divide the total number of on-time orders from suppliers by the total number of orders from suppliers.

In this worksheet, Problem, Vendor Contract, and Incentive Plan are the categorical variables to plot.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Delivery, select Supplier on-time delivery.
  3. Select Visualize supplier on-time delivery, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values, then click OK.
  5. In Categorical variables (2-4, outermost first), enter the column that contains the reasons for late delivery and one to three additional columns of categorical data. The first variable is the outermost on the scale and the last variable is the innermost.
  6. Click OK.
