Use Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values to compare reasons for late shipments across two or more categories.

Example

On-time shipping rate is the proportion of orders that are received within the promised shipping window. To calculate on-time shipping rate, divide the total number of on-time shipments by the total number of shipments.

In this worksheet, Problem, Type, and Shipping Contract are the categorical variables to plot.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Delivery, select On-time shipping rate.
  3. Select Visualize on-time shipping rate, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Counts of Unique Values, then click OK.
  5. In Categorical variables (2-4, outermost first), enter the column that contains the reasons for late shipping and one to three additional columns of categorical data. The first variable is the outermost on the scale and the last variable is the innermost.
  6. Click OK.
