Use Individuals Chart to analyze the stability of days sales outstanding with control limits.

Example

Days sales outstanding (DSO) is the average number of days to collect payment for a sale.

In this worksheet, DSO is the graph variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then click Launch.
  2. Under Cycle Time, select Days sales outstanding.
  3. Select Visualize days sales outstanding, then click OK.
  4. Select Individuals Chart, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter the column that contains the days sales outstanding data.
  6. Click OK.
