Boxplot for Visualize Days Sales Outstanding

Use Boxplot to display the median and range of days sales outstanding and identify unusual observations.

Example

Days sales outstanding (DSO) is the average number of days to collect payment for a sale.

In this worksheet, DSO is the variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then click Launch.
  2. Under Cycle Time, select Days sales outstanding.
  3. Select Visualize days sales outstanding, then click OK.
  4. Select Boxplot, then click OK.
  5. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the days sales outstanding data.
  6. Click OK.
