Heatmap for Visualize Relationships With Customer Order Cycle Time

Use Heatmap to visualize average customer order cycle time by multiple categorical variables.

Example

Customer order cycle time is the number of days between a customer order and delivery of the product.

In this worksheet, Order Time is the graph variable. Product is the row variable. Region and Inventory Status are the column variables.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Cycle Time, select Customer order cycle time.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with customer order cycle time, then click OK.
  4. Select Heatmap, then click OK.
  5. From Display, select Function of a variable.
  6. In Graph variables enter the column that contains the cycle time data.
  7. From Function, select the function of cycle time. For example, if you select Mean, the color gradient of the rectangles in the heatmap uses the mean value of cycle time in each rectangle.
  8. In Row variables enter up to five columns that define the rows.
  9. In Column variables enter up to five columns that define the columns.
  10. Click OK.
