Display Descriptive Statistics for Visualize Customer Order Cycle Time

Use Display Descriptive Statistics to describe the average, range, and distribution curve of customer order cycle time using graphs and tables.

Example

Customer order cycle time is the number of days between a customer order and delivery of the product.

In this worksheet, Order Time is the variable. Product is the optional grouping variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then click Launch.
  2. Under Cycle Time, select Customer order cycle time.
  3. Select Visualize customer order cycle time, then click OK.
  4. Select Display Descriptive Statistics, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter the column that contains the cycle time data.
  6. In By variables (optional), enter the columns that contain the grouping data to explore the differences between the groups.
  7. Click OK.
