Use Scatterplot to visualize total supply chain management cost as a proportion of sales versus one continuous variable.

Example

Total supply chain management cost as a proportion of sales is the total supply chain costs for a specific time period divided by the total sales.

In this worksheet, Total Cost Proportion is the Y variable, and Number of Suppliers is the X variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Supply Chain KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Costs, select Cost as a proportion of sales.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with total supply chain management cost as a proportion of sales, then click OK.
  4. Select Scatterplot, then click OK.
  5. In Y variables, enter the column that contains the proportions data.
  6. In X variables, enter a corresponding column that might explain or predict changes in the proportion of total cost.
  7. Click OK.
