In this worksheet, Lab Turnaround Time is the graph variable. Facility is the row variable. Peak Time is the column variable.

How-to

  1. From the Healthcare KPIs: Visualize Relationships with Lab Turnaround Time dialog box, select Heatmap, then click OK.
  2. In Graph variables enter the lab turnaround time column.
  3. From Function, select the function of lab turnaround time. For example, if you select Mean, the color gradient of the rectangles in the heatmap will be based on the mean value of lab turnaround time in each rectangle.
  4. In Row variables enter up to five columns that define the rows. You must enter at least one column in either Row variables or Column variables. The columns can be text or numeric and must be the same length as the lab turnaround time column.
  5. In Column variables enter up to five columns that define the columns. You must enter at least one column in either Row variables or Column variables. The columns can be text or numeric and must be the same length as the lab turnaround time column.
  6. Click OK.
