In this worksheet, Claim Processing Time is the response. Notification Days and Decision Days are continuous predictors. The predictors may explain differences in claim processing time.

How-to

From the Healthcare KPIs: Predict Claim Processing Time dialog box, select Fit Regression Model, then click OK.
In Responses, enter the claim processing time column. The response is also called the Y variable.
In Continuous predictors, enter the columns of numeric data that may explain or predict changes in claim processing time. The predictors are also called X variables.
In Categorical predictors, enter the categorical classifications or group assignments, such as facility, that may explain or predict changes in claim processing time. The predictors are also called X variables.
Click OK.
