In this worksheet, Claim Processing Time Before contains the claim processing times before a process improvement. Claim Processing Time After contains the claim processing times after a process improvement.

How-to

From the Healthcare KPIs: Decrease Claim Processing Time dialog box, select 2-Sample t, then click OK.
From the drop-down list, select Each sample is in its own column.
In Sample 1, enter the column of claim processing times from before your process improvement.
In Sample 2, enter the column of claim processing times from after your process improvement.
Click Options. In Alternative hypothesis, choose Difference > hypothesized difference.
Click OK.
