Example

In this worksheet, the Left without Being Seen column contains the number of patients that leave without being seen. The Total column contains the total number of patients. Each row summarizes the data for a single time period and represents a subgroup.

How-to

  1. From the Healthcare KPIs: Visualize Leaving without Being Seen dialog box, select P Chart, then click OK.
  2. In Variables, enter the column that contains the number of patients who left without being seen. Each row contains the number of patients who left without being seen over a specific time period, such as one week or one month.
  3. In Subgroup sizes, enter the column that contains the total number of patients over the same time period.
  4. Click OK.
