Example

In this worksheet, the Left without Being Seen column contains the number of patients that leave without being seen. The Total column contains the total number of patients. Each row summarizes the data for a single time period.

How-to

  1. From the Healthcare KPIs: Decrease Leaving without Being Seen dialog box, select Capability Analysis: Binomial, then click OK.
  2. In Defectives, enter the column that contains the number of patients who left without being seen.
  3. Choose Use sizes in and enter the column that contains the total number of patients for the same time period.
  4. Click OK.
