In this worksheet, Bed Utilization Rate is the Y variable, and Average Length of Stay is the X variable.

How-to

  1. From the Healthcare KPIs: Visualize Relationships with Bed Utilization Rate dialog box, select Scatterplot, then click OK.
  2. In Y variables, enter the bed utilization rate column.
  3. In X variables, enter a corresponding column that might explain or predict changes in the bed utilization rate.
  4. Click OK.
