Example

In this worksheet, Rating Before contains the survey responses before a process improvement. Rating After contains the survey responses after a process improvement.

How-to

  1. From the Healthcare KPIs: Increase Patient Satisfaction dialog box, select 2-Sample t, then click OK.
  2. From the drop-down list, select Each sample is in its own column.
  3. In Sample 1, enter the column of survey responses from before your process improvement.
  4. In Sample 2, enter the column of survey responses from after your process improvement.
  5. Click Options. In Alternative hypothesis, choose Difference < hypothesized difference.
  6. Click OK.
