Example

In this worksheet, the Number Not Recommended column contains the number of patients who would not recommend the facility to friends or family. The Total contains the total number of surveys received. Each row summarizes the data for a single time period.

How-to

From the Healthcare KPIs: Increase Patient Satisfaction dialog box, select Capability Analysis: Binomial, then click OK.
In Defectives, enter the column that contains the number of negative survey responses. Each row contains the number of negative survey responses over a specific time period.
Choose Use sizes in and enter the column that contains the total number of survey responses for the same time period.
Click OK.
