Example

In this worksheet, the Unpaid column contains the number of unpaid bills. The Total column contains the total number of bills due. Each row summarizes the data for a single time period.

How-to

  1. From the Healthcare KPIs: Decrease Unpaid Medical Bills dialog box, select Capability Analysis: Binomial, then click OK.
  2. In Defectives, enter the column that contains the number of unpaid bills. Each row contains the number of unpaid bills over a specific time period, such as one week or one month.
  3. Choose Use sizes in and enter the column that contains the total number of bills over the same time period.
  4. Click OK.
