Example

In this worksheet, Treatment Costs Before contains the treatment costs before a process improvement. Treatment Costs After contains the treatment costs for the same procedure after a process improvement.

How-to

  1. From the Healthcare KPIs: Decrease Treatment Costs dialog box, select 2-Sample t, then click OK.
  2. From the drop-down list, select Each sample is in its own column.
  3. In Sample 1, enter the column of treatment costs from before your process improvement.
  4. In Sample 2, enter the column of treatment costs from after your process improvement.
  5. Click Options. In Alternative hypothesis, choose Difference > hypothesized difference.
  6. Click OK.
