Heatmap for Visualize Relationships With Tickets By Type

Use Heatmap to visualize average tickets by type by multiple categorical variables.

Example

Tickets by type is the number of tickets for each type of issue received.

In this worksheet, Number of Tickets is the graph variable. Ticket Type is the row variable. Call Center Location is the column variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Utilization and Cost, select Tickets by type.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with tickets by type, then click OK.
  4. Select Heatmap, then click OK.
  5. From Display, select Function of a variable.
  6. In Graph variables enter the column that contains the tickets by type data.
  7. From Function, select the function of tickets by type. For example, if you select Mean, the color gradient of the rectangles in the heatmap uses the mean value of tickets by type in each rectangle.
  8. In Row variables enter up to five columns that define the rows.
  9. In Column variables enter up to five columns that define the columns.
  10. Click OK.
