Display Descriptive Statistics for Visualize Relationships With Tickets By Type

Use Display Descriptive Statistics to describe the average, range, and distribution curve of tickets by type using graphs and tables.

Example

Tickets by type is the number of tickets for each type of issue received.

In this worksheet, Number of Tickets is the variable. Ticket Type is the optional grouping variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Utilization and Cost, select Tickets by type.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with tickets by type, then click OK.
  4. Select Display Descriptive Statistics, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter the column that contains the tickets by type data.
  6. In By variables (optional), enter the columns that contain the grouping data to explore the differences between the groups.
  7. Click OK.
