Boxplot for Visualize Relationships With Tickets By Type

Use Boxplot to visualize the median and range of tickets by type and to identify unusual observations.

Example

Tickets by type is the number of tickets for each type of issue received.

In this worksheet, is the variable.

Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
Under Utilization and Cost, select Tickets by type.
Select Visualize relationships with tickets by type, then click OK.
Select Boxplot, then click OK.
In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the tickets by type data.
Click OK.
