Use Bar Chart: Function of a Variable to visualize total or average tickets by type by one categorical variable.

Example

Tickets by type is the number of tickets for each type of issue received.

In this worksheet, Number of Tickets is the variable. Ticket Type is the categorical variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Utilization and Cost, select Tickets by type.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with tickets by type, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Function of a Variable, then click OK.
  5. From Function, select the function of tickets by type that you want to graph.
  6. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the tickets by type.
  7. In Categorical variable, enter the column of categorical data that defines the groups.
  8. Click OK.
