Use Bar Chart: Function of a Variable to visualize total or average tickets by channel by one categorical variable.

Example

Tickets by channel is the number of tickets for each possible method of customer contact.

In this worksheet, Number of Tickets is the variable. Channel is the categorical variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Utilization and Cost, select Tickets by channel.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with tickets by channel, then click OK.
  4. Select Bar Chart: Function of a Variable, then click OK.
  5. From Function, select the function of tickets by channel that you want to graph.
  6. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the tickets by channel.
  7. In Categorical variable, enter the column of categorical data that defines the groups.
  8. Click OK.
