Use Time Series Plot to visualize trends in cost per ticket.

Example

Cost per ticket is the total operating expenses of the contact center divided by the number of tickets over the same time period.

In this worksheet, Cost Per Ticket is the graph variable in time order.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Utilization and Cost, select Cost per ticket.
  3. Select Visualize cost per ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Time Series Plot, then click OK.
  5. In Series (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the cost per ticket data.
  6. Click OK.
