Scatterplot for Visualize Relationships With Cost Per Ticket

Use Scatterplot to visualize cost per ticket versus one continuous variable.

Example

Cost per ticket is the total operating expenses of the contact center divided by the number of tickets over the same time period.

In this worksheet, Cost Per Ticket is the Y variable, and Average Monthly Hold Time is the X variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Utilization and Cost, select Cost per ticket.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with cost per ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Scatterplot, then click OK.
  5. In Y variables, enter the column that contains the cost per ticket data.
  6. In X variables, enter a corresponding column that might explain or predict changes in cost per ticket.
  7. Click OK.
