Individuals Chart for Visualize Cost Per Ticket

Use Individuals Chart to analyze the stability of the cost per ticket with control limits.

Example

Cost per ticket is the total operating expenses of the contact center divided by the number of tickets over the same time period.

In this worksheet, Cost Per Ticket is the graph variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Utilization and Cost, select Cost per ticket.
  3. Select Visualize cost per ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Individuals Chart, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter the column that contains the cost per ticket data.
  6. Click OK.
