Fitted Line Plot for Predict Cost Per Ticket

Use Fitted Line Plot to use one continuous predictor to predict cost per ticket.

Example

Cost per ticket is the total operating expenses of the contact center divided by the number of tickets over the same time period.

In this worksheet, Cost Per Ticket is the response. Average Monthly Schedule Adherence is the predictor and may explain differences in cost per ticket.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Utilization and Cost, select Cost per ticket.
  3. Select Predict cost per ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Fitted Line Plot, then click OK.
  5. In Response (Y), enter the column that contains the cost per ticket data. The response is also called the Y variable.
  6. In Predictor (X), enter a column of numeric data that may explain or predict changes in cost per ticket. The predictor is also called the X variable.
  7. Click OK.
