Correlogram for Visualize Relationships With Cost Per Ticket

Use Correlogram to visually compare the correlations between cost per ticket and other continuous variables.

Example

Cost per ticket is the total operating expenses of the contact center divided by the number of tickets over the same time period.

In this worksheet, Cost Per Ticket, Average Monthly Hold Time, Average Monthly Customer Satisfaction, and Average Monthly Schedule Adherence are the variables.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Utilization and Cost, select Cost per ticket.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with cost per ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Correlogram, then click OK.
  5. In Variables, enter at least two columns of numeric data.
  6. Select Display correlation values.
  7. Click OK.
