Boxplot for Visualize Cost Per Ticket

Use Boxplot to visualize the median and range of cost per ticket and to identify unusual observations.

Example

Cost per ticket is the total operating expenses of the contact center divided by the number of tickets over the same time period.

In this worksheet, Cost Per Ticket is the variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Utilization and Cost, select Cost per ticket.
  3. Select Visualize cost per ticket, then click OK.
  4. Select Boxplot, then click OK.
  5. In Graph variables (desktop app) or Y-variable (web app), enter the column that contains the cost per ticket data.
  6. Click OK.
