Scatterplot for Visualize Relationships With First Response Time

Use Scatterplot to visualize first response time versus one continuous variable.

Example

First response time (FRT) is the time between when the ticket is created and the agent's initial response.

In this worksheet, First Response Time is the Y variable, and Schedule Adherence is the X variable.

How-to

  1. Choose Solutions Modules > Functions > Customer Contact Center KPIs, then select Launch.
  2. Under Time Management, select First response time.
  3. Select Visualize relationships with first response time, then click OK.
  4. Select Scatterplot, then click OK.
  5. In Y variables, enter the column that contains the first response time data.
  6. In X variables, enter a corresponding column that might explain or predict changes in the first response time.
  7. Click OK.
